How I Started:
Oxygen and Muscle & Fitness Hers Magazines and my husband.
I was orginally 145lbs and way out of shape, walking at a fast pace would get me out of breath! I started off by doing workout videos at home and lost my first 8lbs - without a change in diet. But it wasn't until I discovered Oxygen Magazine and Tosca's book on Clean Eating that I knew my eating habits HAD to CHANGE! First, I dropped out all those days of eating out at McD and Taco Bell and slowly begain to incorporate clean eating principles. I managed to get down to 123lbs and 21% BF. HOWEVER, I ended up having to work part-time night shift for awhile, and this completely blew me off track ... and here I am now! Thankfully, I found a new job where I can take my kids with me, homeschool them, make a little $, and still make time for the gym and make my own healthy lunches!
Why I Love It:
The feeling of being strong and healthy. When I think back to 3 years, it was pathetic how out of shape I really was, and for a 21 year old - awful! But now I feel great and finally have the energy I need to make it through my workouts!
How I Stay Motivated:
I picture myself at my goal body fat % and I dream about entering a figure competition.

After working out for the past three years and making alot of changes to my eating habits and incorporating weight lifting into my workouts, I'm sick and tired of my inconsistencies in meeting my ultimate goals! I'm determined to finally not be just "Average" anymore! I want to loose at least 10% bodyfat (to put me at 16%) so I can finally see those muscles that I know are hiding in there somewhere! I also want to increase my conditioning.
I started Mitotropin last week, and the first day was great, but the next few days that followed were horriable! The Mitotropin made me nausous at every meal and the energy levels I got from it varied, but usually only lasted for about 2 hours before dipping off. I am not caffeine tolerant,...

OFF
(I might come in and do 40 min. of cardio if I'm not working that day)

yes, skinny fat hun... that was from April when I signed on here and just began lifting, things arent all "skinny fat " now... bc of the lifting which I love...
