Got really serious about lifting once i decided to play basketball in college and it never left me.
Why I Love It:
I have always loved working out. I am an athlete and just love to hit the gym...it relieves my stresses and makes me happier=]
How I Stay Motivated:
If i see results fast it makes it a hell of a lot easier for me to keep going

Once I hurt my leg I gave up on eating healthy. Bad idea! I hate this picture but this is where I started my transformation.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
12,10,8 and increase weight. I feel that these are the best reps to gain muscle and cut fat.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
around 45 sec. to a min.....
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I didn't push myself enough

Since you're not playing b-ball now, are you looking for another sport? Once high school wrestling was over I still had too much of a competitive drive not to compete so now I'm getting into powerliftng lol. Next year hopefully a strogman comp too.
