Got really serious about lifting once i decided to play basketball in college and it never left me.
Why I Love It:
I have always loved working out. I am an athlete and just love to hit the gym...it relieves my stresses and makes me happier=]

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
12,10,8 and increase weight. I feel that these are the best reps to gain muscle and cut fat.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
around 45 sec. to a min.....
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I didn't push myself enough

It's been a pretty rough time for me but i've been maintaining and trying to keep it going. Hopefully if i just make it through the end of the year, I'll make 2010 a much better year
