Yea, it's going well- but I pretty much had a binge at dinner tonight... I feel like c-r-a-p... Have you ever had a hard time with cheating or not sticking to a clean diet? Sometimes it is really hard for me... especially if I am in a particularly grumpy mood...

I was under maintenance tooo!!!! It was the best feeling ever... I was even under my reg cals for the day- I could NOT believe it!

i am feeling so positive and soooo good! im doin controlled cheat days so that I dont fall into a binge! I did my first one yesterday and it was awesome! And look at you!!!!! Almost down 100 lbs!!!!!!!! I am so excited for you!

haha oh man... you caught me right when I got "back" into the game! I am starting to Body For life Challenge (today was my first day) and I am hoping to stick it through the entire 12 weeks!

bah, work outs... I took a little break... I start back today. I'm not gunna stress over my diet anymore, I'd rather be a little thicker and not stress about it...

good, I feel really on track right now... trying to make my goal of 180 by Next Saturday... it'll be a close one, but I think i can do it! I can't wait to hear about your progress in a couple of weeks!

vacay was good... it's taken a goooood 4 days of working out with some double dips to get rid of the damage (not to mention a perfect diet)... but I am feeling great, and I think I can meet my 180 goal by next sat!

well, I had lost a goooooood 30 lbs then had a 2 year slack off and gained about 35-40 back... so now I have to kick all the weight off again and work back down to my goal... so... I am back down to 185 from 203 on my goal to 145-150
