My parents are pretty unhealthy, and I think (despite my lack of real want) I just said, "it's not going to happen to me, I won't let it!" So here I am, trying not to let it happen :)

It's been two years since I was really actively on a workout regimen and diet... and I've gained it all back; however, in the last two weeks I have managed to work my weight down 10 lbs by doing more positive, healthy t hings. I can't afford a gym membership right now, so it's a bit difficult...
Monday- quads, hams, calves, abs + 30 min of cardio
Tuesday- chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps + 30 min of cardio
Wednesday- cardio
Thursday- quads, hams, calvbes, abs +30 min of cardio
Friday- chest, back , shoulders, biceps, triceps +30 min of cardio
Saturday- cardio
Sunday- off
If I have a problem not cheating? Lol, that mmade me laught. Not over eating or cheating is a daily struggle in my life. A hurdle and a barrier. And I am afraid it will never go away, all I can do it control the beast.
Thank you and it has indeed been awhile, over a year! LOL! But hey time would have pass anyway so might as well lose weight :D How are you doing so far? Keep me posted!
Controlled cheat are the way to go: you get what you want and no guilt afterwards. This week I had taco bell, burgers and drumsticks! All while under maintenance. I an 23 lbs away from that goal :)

Thats god, yeah I really dont follow a diet, they usually dont work - I just watch my fat intake - and eat as much protien as I can. Also I try to watch my carb intake as well, I usually stay away from bad carbs and eat complex carbs. and lift like a mad man..lol
oh yes of course there is nothing wrong with that all..just make sure your making healthy choices and youll be fine! u r lookin awesome so far! youll be alright, keep doin what your doing stay healthy!
hehe, no pics just yet! I'm hoping to see some good progress by my next weigh in / measurements. That's in about 3 weeks. Training is great - got a trainer who is kicking my butt so I'm hoping results will start showing soon! How's your training going? You look great!
