How I Started:
I swam and did martial arts for year and wanted to find a sport that I could be competitive with..I like challenging my body. My boyfriend and I consider it our only real hobby. :)
Why I Love It:
The challenge! I rather know that I'm progressing in life and always bettering myself than going the OTHER direction.
How I Stay Motivated:
Browsing through Victoria Secret magazines and shopping for clothes. :) Speaking with other successful ladies who have competed.
BB Accomplishments:
I conquered my Hypothryoidism & Asthma. I went from 28% BF and hardly able to do cardio and one time, to 16% BF and now I'm the cardio queen. :) LOL
