How I Started:
I've always had weight issues. I'm a very picky eater.. and it didn't help that I had a very slow metabolism..
anyways I've tried many diet plans and they all seemed to fail. I was sick of being overweight & not being able to run a single mile.
so I joined a pageant in my home town and started working out from there.
My boyfriend just kind of pushed me as did I..
and here I am now :]
Why I Love It:
It's such a wonderful feeling after a workout.. all the sweat and motivation that comes after that :]
I love seeing the progress & achieving my goals.. it keeps me going. :]
How I Stay Motivated:
looking back and seeing how much progress i've made.. how far i've came.. it's too good to just let it all go..
i never want to turn back.
BB Accomplishments:
well. i was 197!!! now im 129. I was a size 15 and now i'm a size 3.
I think that's a pretty big accomplishment :] what do you think?

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I pretty much stick to the vegetarian diet. I try to take in lots of fruits, veggies and protein. Not a real big fan of high carbs or sugars.

After working out I always seem to get a strong odor, my nose gets all tingly and I can't stop sneezing. Does anyone get this as well? Is there a reason? I only seem to get this after a intense cardio workout. I was thinking maybe it was the cleaning spray at the gym but I went running today...
