Well, I've been working out for pretty much my entire life. When I first went away to college in 2004, I developed a severe case of anorexia/compulsive exercising. Somewhere along the way, my body decided it wanted to become a binge eater, so then I had a problem with that and my weight went from 70 lbs to 130 lbs in a matter of months. Now, I'm focusing on getting my body in good shape, and treating it the way it deserves to be treated.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it makes me look and feel incredible. I also love that it allows me to put all my issues with food and fitness to better use!
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm addicted to attention...so vanity is my motivation...
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
SPINNING! I just love it to death! :)

Interstitial Cystitis, Hypothyroidism
How does fitness help you with your condition? What do you have to do differently in your program since you have this condition?
These things just make it harder for me to lose weight and they suck out a lot of my energy. Mind over matter, though. When I want something, I go after it. These are merely obstacles..
