My bf has been going to the gym for the last few years and looks great because of it. In retrospect I had put on some weight due to work and constant traveling. So being around him first inspired me to eat healthier. Then I decided to loose the weight, which I did; so now I'm starting to bulk-up.

How I Stay Motivated:
By having a couple friends at the gym and by spending time with my bf. He's much more built than I am; but he's 5'5" and I'm a little over 6'0" so he does have an advantage there. We have the same lean body mass but his looks more dense because of his frame.
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 17 pounds in a month and a half of active weight loss and can now fit into clothes from college again. Now I'm bulking up and will post updates along the way...

Starting to reach the goals of Phase Two. (-: Phase One was to trim fat; done! Phase Two is to bulk up a bit and tighten to a nice fit build. Phase Three will be to build out and blow up the muscle.
