Bearmscl First of all...great job! I have a few questions if you don't mind. I am going to be starting the 12 week transformation. I have pulled the diet sheet. Is it the same meal plan everyday? Does it change over the 12 weeks? I only found the 1 plan so wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. Seems like a lot of food everyday. I'm so conscious of diet anymore that it seems like a ton of food. Any insight is greatly appreciated. Mar 28, 2012 12:24am
