Is it just me, or does my forearm look way too big in this picture...? On the positive side, I think my shoulders are improving!

Currently on the + side of 17", but there's a substantial layer of fat covering everything on my body...! LOL I imagine my measurements will go down before they start going up again!

225 lbs Well - I've lost 10 pounds since I started. Not a great change, but the weight is coming off, and I am actually ahead of where I thought I would be!
