Karen Gallagher is quickly becoming recognized as a leading fitness professional. With Karen’s elite athletic background combined with over 16 years of experience and knowledge, she thrives on motivating many people from around the world as they strive to reach their health and fitness dreams! Karen learned early in life hard work, focus, dedication and discipline through her competitive figure skating career. Karen had the opportunity to compete at two National Championships as well as training at some of the most elite training facilities in the country. Little did she know that this would be the catalyst, the trigger that would lead her into an amazing fitness and health career! Competing and being a successful business owner of Fit 4 Her personal training and Team KRG athletes, has also generated great opportunities within the fitness and modeling world. Karen has had the opportunity to work with several well known and incredible photographers in the industry and has earned spreads and features in publications such as Oxygen, Beyond Fitness, Posedown, Natural Muscle, Physique, Canadian Health, East of the City and Brook Street Hotel. Recently, Karen was honored to earn a spot on the 2010 Arnold Classic stage and she was selected from thousands of models to represent the one and only Playboy Mansion! Currently, Karen trains through her signature Fit 4 Her personal training, Team KRG athletes and Butt Slayer Boot Camps. Karen provides services for many people of all fitness levels as well as fitness models, figure athletes and sport specific athletes. Karen works closely with each fitness enthusiast and athlete – providing the best training, motivation and nutritional programs, to best suit their needs and goals. Karen has helped create hundreds of amazing life transformations during her career and she is looking forward to thousands more! One of the biggest excuses that I hear every week is “I don’t have time to exercise”. I do understand as I too struggle with the same challenges of fitting exercise into my busy schedule however I make the time for myself and you should too! Especially with the holidays quickly approaching our schedules are only going to get busier so you need to make exercise a priority or else before you know it all the hard work you put in at the gym will be wasted with indulgences of the holidays.
