Hey. Things are going quite well, been syckling for 35 minutes, high intensity, just few minutes ago. Trying to lean out and keep my size but also improve my athletic abilities.

Doing cardio on emty stomac is great because you use fat storages as main fuel, if you do cardio later on you burn your food as fuel and thats a big difference.

Hello! thanks for the comment bro.
Havent taken any progresspictures lately, some wil be rady for the weekend. I am on a stict diet, cardio mon-friday 30-40 min before breakfast, and weight training 4 times a week...
You wil defently se some improvments:)... i hope...

Hey man! it depends on your goals, but try to keep the protein high at all times, 2,5*bodyweight in kg, and use fruits as your maine carbohydrat source (aple, pinnaple and so on, not banana, this should only be used in the morning or pre and post training, and add 15g of nuts with each meal. have a nice day!

hey! thanks man... try to train a 5X5 program, put on more weights each time, do not go to failure, take 8 weeks at a time. and next 8 weeks, you start lifting a little heavyer than you started on the first time.
