How I Started:
I don't dance enough anymore to keep me in shape, so I needed something else. Now I'm trying to keep fit, and live a healthier lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
It feels great! It makes me feel so much better about myself. I'm finally starting to be able to run, which I've always wanted to be able to do but always failed at.
How I Stay Motivated:
Living with my boyfriend who is very into fitness, bodybuilding, and health makes it a lot easier. The more I try, though, the more I want to and need to do better.
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
My boyfriend and I go to the gym together, which makes it easier to get out and go because he motivates me. Once we're there we don't do much together, though.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
If you need to, then do it, but don't be excessive.
