So I wrapped up about 5 weeks on LX and the results were great. The only bad thing to report is that I didn't see effects until around week 4, which caused me to run it through 5 weeks. Overall I'm very happy with the results: much leaner in the area on guys where fat gets stored: lower...

thats a good idea. a barbell, bench, rack and plates will do a good job. Then u can do lunges down the street. I want to see u do them down to dequindre.
