How I Started:
I felt crappy about the way i look. I still do. I want to be lean, sexy, and strong.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good. Like a long night of action, I get a rush, and I am pleased with the results. Though a shower is always needed afterwards, and laundry needs to be done, it's well worth it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep saying to myself (never say never)
BB Accomplishments:
I burned a sagnificant amount of fat, and developed my 6 pack at last. I'm starting to ripple, and my skin is doing better.

Beginning upper body workout: (well let me just say, I rotate to the next exercise after each set, until i have gone through each one 4 times. This way you know you're keeping everything active)

hey, I'm actually not doing that much for shoulders. What works most for me is weighted dips and upright bar rows. Best of luck!
