I actually like to keep it simple. Protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats and thats it. I don't count calories, never have.
I eat 6 - 7 meals a day.
I'll try to eat every 2 - 3 hours
1. Breakfast
4 egg whites
1 whole egg
2 whole wheat tortillas
1 glass green tea

150 g oatmeal
1 scoop whey protein
1 glass milk

100 g canned tuna
2 slices whole wheat bread
handfull almonds
4. Pre Workout
150 G Sweet Potato
200 G Chicken
5. Post Workout
1 banana
1 scoop whey protein
200 g rice
150 g tilapia
6. snack
4 rice cakes
1 tbsp peanutt butter
1 glass milk
7. Before bed
1 cup Cottage cheese or 150 g greek yoghurt
2 slices whole wheat bread
