Reason: I know how dificult it is to put on lean muscle mass when you're over 40, and Ricky has done an excelent job of it.

Reason: Really inspiring changes for someone in my age group and somewhat similar starting point. Really what all skinny guys start working out hoping to one day look like!

Reason: He inspires me because I used to think that if you were not muscular that it would be near impossible to put on serious size. He has shown me the opposite. If you look at his before picture and his pictures now you can see that he has put on a lot of mass. I believe he can put on the size to compete and I want to do the same one day in the near future.

Reason: Ricky has always been there for me through my ups and downs. He is truly an inspiration, I do not know what to do if he wasn't in my life...love you!!

Reason: I'm 39 and 130lbs. James is where I want to be. I spent most of my life thinking that there was nothing I could do to gain weight, and now that I know different, I want to follow the same path as James did.
