I haven't made any progress in my weight gain goal of 185 lbs. My workouts and diet haven't been consistent over the pass couple of weeks. I still like my size though. I need a lot of ab work, but I will focus on that more once I get the mass that I desire.

The scale says 185 Lbs, but can I get it to stick? Lol! Some of my weight gain is water due to taking creatine supplements. But I'm happy that I'm making progress!

I participated in a 21 day fast with my church. It ended on Thursday, 1/22/09. It was a good experience both spiritually and physically. I took this photo so I could see my ab progress. I'm happy to see the beginning of a six pack. Well, maybe it's more of a four pack, but I'm making progress. Lol! I still have a lot of work to do, but it's encouraging to see results.

The abs are coming in. I feel pretty good, because I'm not flexing hard.

My abs are coming along. I've started increasing my carbs to help increase my size and strength while training. Hopefully, I can gain a little mass while not losing my abs. That can be tough.

Detail is not bad in the upper back, but I need work on the middle and lower region. Also, I need more biceps to make this pose look good. I'm a total novice when it comes to posing. Lol!

Abs are coming in pretty good now. I've changed my diet and I'm working on leaning out. My goal is to be cut and ripped for my MT contest "after" photos. I won't be one of the biggest guys, but I hope to be one of the most shredded.

The upper portion of my chest is starting to fill in more. I'm happy about that. I still have work to do, but I'm making progress. More incline bench in my future.

I still have my 4 pack. Lol! I've been doing a lot of reverse crunches and hanging straight leg lifts to help bring up my lower abs. I'm making progress.

The Hammer Strength Incline Press machine has really helped with the development of my upper chest. I need more work on my traps and shoulders.

Boy, look at that gut. Lol! Since, I'm bulking it's ok. I'm holding a lot of water. Legs are not bad. I like the size, but need more muscle separation. I have to keep working.
