Background

When I Started: Sep 2011
HOW I STARTED:

My boyfriend has always been into staying fit and hitting the gym, and I have always complained about my weight, but never did anything. And I noticed the more he lost, and toned, the more jealous I got, so I just decided to go to the gym one day. We have both been members for about 2 years. My boyfriend was getting his money out of it, but I wasn't. It was a waste of money, so I decided to finally start using it.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It is a great stress reliever, and the bonus is I will look good afterwards :)

Great Workout Last Night

So I had a fantastic workout last night.  Trying to stick to Jamie Eason's 12 week fitness program.  Did biceps and back last night.  I kicked my own ass bigtime!!  I threw some cardio in there as well, even though that doesn't start until the next phase, I just feel like I need to get some cardio in there.  I have to make sure I go to the gym everyday this week, tonight, tomorrow, off Wed, Thursday, off Fri, Saturday and Sunday.  NO EXCUSES!!!!  I drank more water than I normally do, which is great!  I have upped my water intake immensely, which is h

Alright here I am, well I'm getting ready for work, and I'm doing the best thing I can do and that is to take all my stuff for the gym to work with me, so I don't have the option of going home and sitting on my butt first.  Time to make a change in my life, just had lunch, about 4 oz of chicken breast, it was delicious!!  I have to make some more turkey muffins this week to snack on, otherwise I'll be in trouble.  I'm a snacker when I'm bored, sad, stressed.  I'm a bigtime emotional eater.  I need to fix that, and become an emotional gymer!
