It's a new year with new goals. Over the past few years I have gone from 180+ lbs down to current photo's taken summer 2006. This year I hope to gain more muscle and have muscle become more defined especially abs.
Hey thanks for accepting my request. It looks like you and I kind of had the same strategy. TO loose weight first then gain muscle. Good job so far, good luck reaching your next goal, keep me posted. Later!

Krader, I was checking out your progress, & looks like you have somehow turned what little bit of body fat you had into more lean muscle mass. Congrats on the chest & shoulder increases.
never used Size On, but i hear its good. I actually just stopped the super pump, cuz i was having trouble sleeping! lol by the way, you look good, nice definition
Yeah, you definitely have a good start. It looks like you have nice muscle definition all around even though you had to cut. Stick with lifting for a year straight and you should be looking pretty ripped.
