Yo man i was about as skinny as you 3 months ago.(135lbs) and i managed to put on 25lbs in those 3 months. just eating 5-6 meals a day and lifting hard. i know when you first start it's hard but once you start seeing your body transform before your eyes you will be instantly hooked. it's like nothing else in this world.

thx man. but for chest, i do pushups 5 days in a row, but on Monday, i do Decline bench mostly, sometimes dumbell presses, and rarely barbell presses/incline. for abs, i also do situps 5 days in a row, which is when i go to boxing gym, and i run almost everyday, but that pic is of me 2 yrs ago, i can actually see my abs now w/out flexing. good luck on trying to work that six pack too man.
sorry havent been on a while. but my diet's mostly healthy carbs: fruits, rarely veggies, brown rice, wheat, rarely sweet potatoes. moderate healthy fat: peanut butter, but i havent been eating protein as much as i used too. ima start to bulk up when i turn 16/17.
