Workout Program:
Monday - Spinning, Lower Body, walking

Tuesday - Running and Walking Interval, Biceps/Shoulders/Tris (UB), walking
(Spinning if weights are done in separate workout)

Wednesday - Spinning, Running

Thursday - Walking and Running Interval, Chest/Shoulders (UB), walking
(Spinning is weights are done is separate workout)

Friday - Spinning, Running,

Saturday - Running, Circuit Weights

Sunday - Running
