Overall Goal: i want to lose a little fat and gain some muscle. ive been told for almost 6 years i should be a model and NOW im really trying to make it happen, so im working towards getting those abs and lean legs back!

How I Started:
I originally started working out last year after I got a job at a local pizza restaurant to make sure i didnt gain a million pounds.
Why I Love It:
i love seeing change definitely...but even more i love feeling the change. i love it when my butt hurts after a good lower body workout and whenever i feel that strain in my arms after a nice upper body workout. its a constant reminder of what good im doing for my body and my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
in the fall i moved and became severally depressed. after i moved home i joined a gym and ive noticed when i dont workout regularly i get back into that rut, and my sleep gets off, i eat worse, and i am cranky.
BB Accomplishments:
i just really want to lose some fat and gain a little muscle. i mostly want to get my abs and legs back into shape.
the lighting isnt very good so my tummy looks pretty flat, but...(see next picture)
then i turn to the side and...not so much. i do spinning and when it gets rough, i remember my love handles, thighs and tummy and chant to myself "scult and burn". works every time.

Goal (Long):
to become (1) healthy, (2) continually stronger, (3) stay lean, (4) train for a triathalon, (4) become a personal trainer, (5) to be a model.
so on top of my day yesterday i did not sleep at all last night and i had a giant migraine when i tried to move around this morning. i think its b/c of the lack of intense cardio...probably just cardio in general. my schedule has been super weird since saturday, so things...

That's cool. I've done more plumbing than I ever care to do again, I do a lot of electrical work though, and I enjoy that. That's the only type of construction I've really ever done on a house.
