Worked out on Sat. 11-10-07 , did bi's, tri's and legs. Workout went well gym wasn't crowed at all.  Working a 12 hour shift today will take today off from the gym. Hope to do chest Mon. after I get off (another 12 hour shift ).

Hi kpole, thanks so much for adding me as a friend. Always cool to talk to firefighters. Much respect. I have reached my first goal of running in 5Ks, now time to move up in distance. But I seem to be losing some muscle...work on that diet. Have a great weekend.
