Goal (Long):
Now that I have two figure competition under my belt I'm ready to move forward again. I'm learning something new each time and will try to use that knowledge to improve and do well in March.
Decline crunches w/weighted medicine ball, Knee raises to center and side on parallel bars and sets on the Ab Coaster.

What leg workout has worked best for you?
Hack squat, leg extensions, leg press, Smith machine for squats, thigh abductor, thigh adductor. Use of these exercises in a well thought out rotation has worked for me.

Where do you get your workout programs?
I hired a trainer before first competition, but I'm currently basing my training on what he taught me and the knowledge I have and am gaining from research.
I tried a new rotation routine at the gym and I think I'm seeing quicker results. I'm going to continue on this path. When I had a PT I was working set BPs on set days. Now I have the freedom to target triceps/biceps and shoulders on one day, legs/glutes on the next and chest/back...
Thank you KP, I am ready to compete. I have 16 days left so I am fine tuning the posing and diet. My coach said the last week is carb depletion/loading, and light training. He switched me to high reps and light weights as of Sun to pump the muscles as much as I can.

Yup it is a lifestyle for me too. In fact i did not even decide to compete until mid october, cause I wanted to take my body to the extreme at least onbce and so many people were telling me I should compete including Lee Haney that was the final confirmation to try it. But I will saty with my original goal of being in single digit body fat year round, eat and live a healthy lifestyle 24/7 365 days a year with an occasional cheat.
God Bless
Randy
Thanks for the encouragement, it has been a lot of hard work but it has been worth it and actually fun along the way. I would not change a thing except improve on where I am at now and keep up going forward no bulking phase for me. I will build muscle from a single digit body fat after my 1st contest.
God bless
Randy
Your very welcome! Your certianly someone that is worth the effort. Let me know how things are going, and how your feeling. Have the muscle cramps gotten better?
I can certainly give pointers. You have great shape and all of the muscles are showing through. And the fact that you are not in the water cutting phase means you are pretty lean and right where you should be. If you have any specific concerns let me know.
