How I Started:
Moved into an apartment complex with a small gym. Started using that gym and have been in a gym since.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me from being bored. Love to have a new challenge to work towards.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by setting new goals for myself.

Not really into bodybuilding. I am actually trying out for Navy Seals. I have passed my PST to qualify to get a Seal contract.
