How I Started:
I started working out when I got a job at Lifetime Fitness. It encouraged me to get in shape.
Why I Love It:
First off, I love seeing the results. Since I started working out I felt better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
My boyfriend encourages me to keep going and achieve my goals. I noticed that since I made a workout routine/plan I've been more motivated to complete it each day. Setting goals to reach towards really helps me to stay motivated.
Girl, I'll blog it all!! Mainly, seriously.. no secret! Four things: Clean eating, good sleep, heavy weights and cardio 5 times a week, and loads of fun and laughter. Ooops, almost forgot... AND BATHROOM ABS!!! LOL!!

Good luck with them. All others make me 'projectile.' Seriously. These do NOT! Take WITH food, and lots of water.
They really have made a huge difference for me. Start with one w/breakfast and give it a few weeks. Then try one at breakfast, one at supper. ;-) I hope it works for you! (& BASE772 suggested them to me. Got to give my main motivator a shout out!)
Glad you asked! I LOVE them! My stomach is very tender, and cannot handle even name brands from the stores. These it handles great, and they really made a difference! I started w/1 @breakfast, and now take one @dinner as well. I feel lots better, and my energy is UP!
