How I Started:
I started lifting for football in 1985 and really got serious in 1989 .
Why I Love It:
I love that it is a personal activity , and I am at peace when Im lifting . I love going to the gym . You can change yourself in a hurry and mold your body , all it takes is time and work and you will get results , gotta love that .
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at the pics on bodyspace and in the muscle mags and get pumped from all the lifters and what they have acheived . I have started posting pics to motivate me to get rid of bodyfat and bring my mass back up .

I have had several injuries the last 5 or 6 years and my weight and bodyfat have gotten out of control . I want to lean out while keeping my muscle and strength .
