How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
Sometimes i get easily frustrated. But i am also very confident, so maybe that has something to do with it.
Other than the obvious benefits (appearance, health, etc.), how has bodybuilding and fitness improved your overall life?

Thanks for the kind comments! There aren't any secrets to getting/staying in shape. It's just the basics--consistent work in the gym and the kitchen, and getting adequate rest. Good luck; train hard.
