How I Started:
I always worked out until about 2 years ago when I gained 30 lbs because of depression and stress. It seemed no matter what I did the weight would not move. Finally I changed my situation,changed my job,started being around more positive people, got a great trainer and am finally seeing results again!
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel after a great workout, all the energy I now have again, and of course seeing the transformation my body is going thru.
How I Stay Motivated:
My fiance, my clients comments, reading magz like oxygen and seeing all the models,looking at my wedding gown daily and mostly my daughter.

Goal (Overall):
To lose the baby weight by summer and get competition ready.
Goal (Long):
I have always been interested in fitness and for the longest time have been saying how I want the body of a fitness model. Now is finally the time to actually make that happen. After having a baby and going through those changes I now know that I can do anything. This summer I want to be able to go to the beach again. In 2010 I would like to be able to compete in a figure competion and be a part of the silhouettes.Most of all I just want to be healthy and a positive role model for my daughter. I would like to get down to 120 lbs or lower and 13-15% bodyfat.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Not paying attention to what they are doing, not getting help learning how to lift properly, or just lifting more than they can to show off.
