Goal (Long):
After being sick for so long and taking on so much weight I want to be back to what I deem as my "normal self." I know I've been there before and I know I can get there again. I want to be confident about my body. I know the obstacles before me and I know they may slow me down but I'm going to ENDURE!
I find her inspirational because she got out there and took charge of her life. She's worked her butt off and gotten results. I can't wait to follow in her footsteps and achieve what she has.
I've finally got it all in writing: the foods, the caloric intake, the protein, the carbs and the fats. I know what I'm going to do at the gym, when I'm going and how I'm going to get there. I finally just started getting annoyed at myself that I wasn't giving this 100% and for no better...
I use it daily because it's how I keep my lean muscles without having my body burn them along with the fat. A really good protein powder that can be taken day and night is nitro core 24. It's pretty cheap and tastes good. I don't use it anymore since I'm training for MMA haha.
