I was around 265 lbs at the time...
I felt tired all the time..
Right before I started my losing fat / workout program... around 260 lbs here...

Right now, I am not even close to achieving my goal, but I feel that so far in my journey I have certainly learned a lot from members and posts in this forum. I estimate it will be 2 years until I achieve my goal, but I feel like I am closer every day, when I go workout and eat right...

Yes, I used to take Lipo 6, but no longer do
What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Set Goals, Use feedback to adjust, and be consistent (dont skip workouts, quit after a few weeks or months)
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Did not have a real weight lifting or diet program.
Did not do cardio.
and the biggest mistake was not being consistent.

Checked out the German Volume Training by Charles Poliquin article on bodybuilding.com.... may switch to that program... losing fat is my priority... but, I sure wouldn't mind retaining/and/or gaining LBM while I am at it!...
