How I Started: I was always a skinny kid. Into every sport!

Then I met a girl...she was lazy....I got fat...went on a diet....lost 50lbs and was hooked :) Decided I needed a new goal so competition was the next step
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated: I have a pic on my cell phone of me 4 days before my first show! Every time I look at it I see how good I looked and strive to be bigger and leaner :)
BB Accomplishments: Placed 2nd in my first show at the London championships sept 23 2006

Well gettign close to the 10 week mark.

 Haven't noticed any weight loss yet on this new diet but I seem to be getting tighter and maybe leaner??

 

It's tough to only eat protien and fat. i look so forward to teh trail mix after my workout :P

 

I was feeling sluggish at first...
