Turbo9046 No problem! I hope it helps provide a good nutritional foundation for you! I avoid back to back similar proteins to keep my body guessing, so in other words never have turkey then turkey again. Also remember about adjusting based on results...and important refeed days! Turbo9046 Hey Man, Since your 5' 8" and 170 your stats and caloric needs are probably pretty close to mine. I would go down another 100 calories than I took or so, so you can look at my exact diet on my meal plans. eat clean most important, no salt no sodium no extras, no sauce. I eat wild rice and yams and oatmeal for carbs thats it. Apr 4, 2013 11:12pm

scottchain Hey bro commenting back on the supp/diet! On supplements bro creatine, glutamine, protein is what I use and time them right throughout the day! On my diet I eat low carbs and protein like crazy you need minimum how much you weigh... That's how much protein you need! I'll double or triple that to stay lean and gain weight! scottchain Hey what's up bro! Great question, I eat a very healthy diet because I have to stay lean for competitions and photo shoots! But basically, very very high protein diet! I eat every 2 hours no matter what! So, protein shakes minimum 3 times daily the rest of my diet consist of chicken, fish, almonds, steak, protein bars basically protein! Apr 23, 2012 6:20pm
