Haha, yeah I'm still around. I rarely get on here, myspace is already a handful. Still working out 6-7days a week. I worked out my bi's and tri's today. Everything's going great so far. So how are things with you?! How's that law enforcment thingamagig going?...it's nice to hear from ya =D
lol, thanks! I love working out my upper body, mainly because I seem to produce faster results. Well, hopefully you don't lose too much muscle with all that cardio(not that'll be hard for you to put it back on!) Let me now how the trianing goes n' good luck with that. :)
Thanks! Hmmm...let me see, I work my upper and lower body twice a week alternating days and I eat around 145g of protein. I don't lift heavy because I don't have the proper equipment YET, but I usually do 3 reps of 20 with about everything, which helps with toning, but not much muscle gain. As soon as I get some better equipment I'll change my routine a bit so I can add some more muscle. I'm sooooo looking for to it! Your arms are looking AMAZING btw! HUGE! :)
Haha thanks, I wish! My muscles look way pumped when working out, hella veins. I can never take good pics of my muscles.
So how are you?!...gaining any of that weight?
I would but I just started taking pics about a month ago...if I was smart and took pics about 5 months ago, they would be up here. I've already looked for pics of me before(when I didn't have muscle) and I can't find any....as soon as I see the slightest progress I'll post some up! :)
Defined fitness is a good gym- new equipment. It has its peak times- I call it "happy hour" and that is usually in the evening between 530-8; but still a good gym..Email me when you get here.
