How I Started:
I noticed that after my 4th kid my curves were getting curvier. I want to lose about 30 lbs and get a lot of muscle definition. I am gonna be 30 this summer, I want to make that my deadline.
Why I Love It:
I love to see the results of my hard work...

having someone to workout with...and my ipod.

it may be dumb but I like my biceps, they are starting to show
Have a lower body fat and more muscle tone, basically look like the girls on the oxygen magazine. (but not the skinny ones, no offense to the skinny girls, but I like a little thickness)

i take and my wife takes superpump 250. she does 1 scoop about 20 min before strength training. i am bigger so i do 1 scoop b 4 and 1-2 more during the first half of the workout. i have tried no xplode, nano, and the superpump is probably the best. you can get trial sizes because they have i think 5 different flavors. try diluting your supplement with more water and drinking it as early as 45 min b4 workout
