How I Started:
I tried to run around a rugby feild and
was out of breath. Now, I do things I never thought I could do. My strenght is amazing me most.
Why I Love It:
The feeling of people comments, thats the reward.- Walked on a beach last year, felt like a million dollars.
Getting whistled at.
How I Stay Motivated:
Pictures I collect and have a file of just who I want to be. Bodybuilders under or around 5'7" are heros.

dumbell flys- last night I was on the gym bench, I grabbed 2 / 17Kilo weights, it was too light, my hands were saying this is nothing- while the kid next to me struggled with 5kilos in each hand. !!!
I picked up 2/ 20 Kilo weights, 10-12-15 presses - still felt light, then I looked...
