A friend of mine helped me understand how to eat properly and taught me a beginning routine of weights and cardio. Getting ready to switch things up!
Why I Love It:
In 30 years of my life this is the first time I ever worked out in my life....I LOVE IT! I can't believe how awesome I feel from working out for the last 22 weeks. And I love the "me" time at the gym. I'm annoyed that I missed out on this for 30 years! Plus, of coarse I love the results!
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm still in the newlywed stage of working out, so as of now I love it so much that I don't really need to be motivated, but the results are definetly a good motivator!
BB Accomplishments:
Reached my goal and goal weight by losing 40 pounds within 6 months. Able to do HIIT sprints at 7 on an incline which is fabulous considering I was running at 4.3 when I started! I walk at 4.3 now!
My goal was to change my lifestyle and lose 40 pounds by eating right and excercising. I'm 6 months into my lifestyle change and have currently made my goal of losing 40 pounds. With the excercise my body has really transformed....now I am really focusing on toning!
