How I Started:
I've lifted off and on (more off than on) since 1999. But I've never actually focused on bodybuilding until this last June 2008. I am going strong, loosing fat, gaining muscle and weight.
Why I Love It:
Being a short man, I feel that my muscle size is the only thing that keeps me from really looking like a kid. I love the pump of the gym, the pain and nausea of leg days, and the looks I get while walking around in public.
How I Stay Motivated:
Even taking two rest-days off in a row causes me to feel sluggish, small, and grumpy. I have only to remember how I feel when I'm not lifting to motivate myself to get to the gym on days I might not want to go. I LOVE THE PAIN!
Yeah you are right guy at max muscle said that rage is junk...they quite carring it. They said that trend is better? Never heard of it... Where the juice. Just give me a shot in my ass and point me towards the weight room!!! Jokin... Anyhow let me know if you know anything bout that stuff. He also said I should be doing pct with super d to obtain dry cuts now rather than tring to shred later?
Dude help....tell me how to bulk. Been increasing protein lvls along with super-d pro hormone and no xplode. Plus after workout 1 scoop whey, 2 raw eggs, 1 banana, cup milk, cup ice, 2 tablespoons peanut butter. Am I on the right path?

Coming from 3 meals/d to 6 was already a huge effort. Increasing those 6 is gonna be tough for me.
