Background
I lived on a military school campus when I was 14 and 15. My work outs basically consisted of the basics; push ups and sit ups. When I turned sixteen I got a gym membership, thanks to my lovely mom, and that is where I spend most of my time.
Working out helps me relieve stress from this busy life of mine.

All my measurements are cold and not-flexing. My arms are 14.25 inches un-flexed and not warmed up.
My workout routines vary. Depends on how my schedule looks. Sometimes I have to adjust my workout routines to accommodate my work and school schedules.

Trying to Get lean again
Posted in Supplements : Oct 19, 2011 1:36pmYesterday I did cardio a hard 25 minutes. I weighed myself in at 188 without shoes and cloths and I looked at myself in the mirror and I am very disappointed. My short term goal is to get to a 180 with solid muscle. I have eaten much better up to this point. My plan will be to meet my meals on time and to manage my carbs better. This busy lifestyle sometimes makes me take a step back on my nutrition.I'm just glad that my grandma is here now and out of the hospital.
