I lived on a military school campus when I was 14 and 15. My work outs basically consisted of the basics; push ups and sit ups. When I turned sixteen I got a gym membership, thanks to my lovely mom, and that is where I spend most of my time.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I get to do something I love. Its that simple.
How I Stay Motivated:
Weights will always be their for you, no matter what. Its up to you to stay determined.
I stay motivated by looking up to people that are stronger and more ripped than me. If they can do it, why cant I? This might sound corny but i believe that your only limitations are the ones you put on yourself, and this is especially true in body building.
BB Accomplishments:
I have none right now but hopefully with the grace of God, I will have some major body building accomplishments that I can be proud of.

Arnold Schwarzenegger: Franco is pretty smart, but Franco's a child, and when it comes to the day of the contest, I am his father. He comes to me for advices. So it's not that hard for me to give him the wrong advices.
Can't wait until next week. My family coming in from P.R. has really set back my exercising. I have lost some body fat, so that's a plus. I have lost some strength on my bench press but not much. The back is still strong. But I have hit a plateau that I need to break. Shoulders...
Should be interesting in a few weeks to see more results of the cut. Doing fine. Back acted up a bit a few days ago but all's back to somewhat normal. Nice weather has certainly helped. Andre
Thanks for accepting! Great progress and results of your training! Specially chest, biceps, shoulders and ABS! What envy! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training?
That was in fitness modeling. I want one in figure, but may be too muscular to place 1st in state shows. Weird because national competitors are more muscular than me...........rock and a hard place!!!
Thanks for the kind words. Encouraging words from anyone always helps me to keep on keepin' on so I try and pay it forward to those like yourself who are definitely hard at work! Keep up the good work man, you will be on stage before you know it.
That back is looking thick bro! Keep on keepin' on the only way- Naturally! I am going to refer my son to your space. He is 15 and needs to see your progress you have made. Good job!
Thanks for the comment :)
I've described my ab workout in my profile. Its nothing special really - 3 setts crunches and 2 sets og hanging leg-raises to failure. I do them every second training.
