Lose weight and build muscle -- lower my BMI and % body fat.
Goal (Long):
BMI (34.2 as of 1-12-2008) to 27 by 6-1-2008.
Percent Body Fat (31.2% as of 1-12-2008) < 18% by 6-1-2008.
Waist size 34 (currently 36 or 38) by 6-1-2008.
In the long term I would like to be at 190 lbs with a low % body fat.
Well, I missed my first short-term goal -- It was to be down to 220 (down 8.8lbs in 2 weeks)... I was doing well, down to 223... and then had a few days I couldn't hit the gym due to school constraints (this semester is going to suck.) But... I've set another goal to hit the 220 mark, and hope...
I wanted to wish you much success in your body transformation. I used the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks and had pretty good results so if you are interested I recommend you give it a look-see. It isn’t easy but it isn’t so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. Always challenge yourself to be the best that you can be and believe in your own inner strength.
