Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): Lose weight and build muscle -- lower my BMI and % body fat.
Goal (Long): BMI (34.2 as of 1-12-2008) to 27 by 6-1-2008. Percent Body Fat (31.2% as of 1-12-2008) < 18% by 6-1-2008. Waist size 34 (currently 36 or 38) by 6-1-2008. In the long term I would like to be at 190 lbs with a low % body fat.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 50 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 12%

Well, I missed my first short-term goal -- It was to be down to 220 (down 8.8lbs in 2 weeks)... I was doing well, down to 223... and then had a few days I couldn't hit the gym due to school constraints (this semester is going to suck.) But... I've set another goal to hit the 220 mark, and hope...

I wanted to wish you much success in your body transformation. I used the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks and had pretty good results so if you are interested I recommend you give it a look-see. It isn’t easy but it isn’t so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. Always challenge yourself to be the best that you can be and believe in your own inner strength. Feel free to give me a yell if you think I can be of assistance
