How I Started:
I was in the Marines from 1995-1999 so I always been in good shape but, I had something unfortunate happen to me in Jan. 2006 that left me with my jaws wiered shut for two months and I withered down to 140lbs.
When I started, it was just to get back in shape but, I realized the benifits of building your body and now it's a way of life for me
Why I Love It:
It boosts confidence, physical abulity and appearence. Shaping your body inhances every aspect of life; even your carear.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set personal goals and tell my self "I can't see it no other way". Also, I look at people that are in better shape than me and, I go after them.
From your progress pics I wouldn't say that progress has been slow. You're pretty darn well built right now and plenty strong looking at your 1 rep max estimates.
