Started lifting in High School but had no clue what I was doing. I REALLY started after my trainer gave me the tools to do it by myself.

On each and every workout I am constantly pushing myself every set, trying to add weight every session, EXCEPT for calves (which I feel are big enough), therefore I am only doing exercises for my calves to define them.
* Monday: Chest / Triceps
* Tuesday: Back / Biceps
* Wednesday: Shoulder...
