Was an inevitible development to complement martial art/fist arts.
Why I Love It:
Cause it's buff.
How I Stay Motivated:
Sorrow becomes rage to create the strongest....
People that have inspired me most throughout life - Bruce Lee, Dan Inosanto, Mas Oyama, Jackie Chan, Sammo Hung, Yuen Biao, Yuen Wah, Benny Urquidez etc.
Non physical people - Carlos Santana, Jimi Hendrix, John McLaughlin etc.
Oh and also Buronson and Tetsuo Hara for creating Hokuto no Ken the buffest legacy in history!
BB Accomplishments:
Defying genetics to some extent. Eventually I shall defy them to the utmost extent using brute force and rage.

This was my original shape.... I didn't start buffing until centuries later. (Date is just a guess)
Back pics taken on my phone the other week, never get to see my back, due to lack of having a 360 degree owl-neck. Still fatty and shitty like all the pics. But atleast improvements are being made. This is the back that has been crippled twice. Crushed vertabraes the first time and slipped...
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Kenshiro of Hokuto no Ken of course. Or in reality Bruce Lee. But really I want my own hah, to the level of great people but in my own way, my own unique shape or whatever hah. Once I reach peak shape (EVENTUALLY) i'll probably be half way in the middle of a Bruce Lee and a Stallone type build. Which is pretty fine and kind of ideal for me. Problem is my genetics and injuries are making it difficult to reach decent condition. I won't allow that to stop me though.Kenshiro of Hokuto no Ken of course. Or in reality Bruce Lee. Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Theres no one perfect physique. There's just many ultimate top level physiques of different shapes and sizes depending on the individual, how they are made, what suits them, what they do, what it's for etc.
Diffeerent types of examples. Bruce Lee specifically 1973 but even 1972 aswell. Stallone around 1985. In pro bodybuilding, old times, Arnold in the 70s/80s I guess. I'd say those three are typical examples of high level physiques in different shapes and sizes. These days I like Hidetada overall in pro bodybuilding. Jackie Chan and Yuen Wah had buff builds in the 80s. Not big, but still buff. Yuen Wah was Bruce's stunt double too so he was pretty close to that. Yuen Biao's was okay. But not really geared towards muscularity.
Really I reckon that various qualities are important, not just size, not just rips but also shape and symmetry and correctness to suit the individual. There are all different shapes and sizes of build that I respect.Theres no one perfect physique. Where do you get your workout programs?
From common sense, trial and error, creative thinking, they're basically my own plans that have evolved over time.
And with regards to the above answers, they are approximate, it's not set at 6 days per week for example. It can be 5 or 4 sometimes because I need to recover and also fit in cardio, fist arts etc. But it's upto 6 maximum. So the correct answer would be 4-6. I wouldn't do more than that these days it's just silly to go into the wastage zone.
And it's often Afternoon because that ends up being the most possible. But it can depend on what circumstance allows. I'll always make the time though one way or another. And i'm trying to start doing it earlier, Morning buffs! Horrible but good I think! From common sense, trial and error, creative thinking, they're basically my own plans that have evolved over time.

Well now I ripped my damn shoulder. I can still move my arm but can't lift it too high or actually do anything with it. I think it's just muscular or ligament rippage but seem quite serious. The doc's ain't gonna do anything like usual, so I don't even see the point going to them,...
Currently training up recovering from the latest episode of being crippled since not being able to walk with spine problems. Have spinal injuries and ankle injury. And now plagued with arm and wrist problems!
