My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

My Workout Program

The workout I started January 3, 2011 is one I got from a friend who plays fullback at Ball State. It's their team workout which generally falls into 3-4 sets of 8 reps. I slightly tweeked the workout because I didn't feel comfortable with a few of the lifts. It's a 4 day/week program that I plan on doing for 11 weeks.

I do 4 days/week of cardio which I mix up between sprinting, long distance, jump roping and basketball.

I do abs 4 days/week which I mix up with flat bench leg raises, straight arm hanging leg raises, weighted crunches and the Ab Ripper X program.
