Put on 6kg in a week. Everyday I pigged out big time on chocolate and Icecream!!! Worth it? Hell yes it curbed my angry! My pissed off status!! All 3 kids were in hospital for 8 days with pneumonia. Big stress on me from the family in ways it made me depressed and angry. In many ways I dont want to meet the my wifes mother. I just want to smash her face in!!! 4.4 pounds down (2kg) Maybe its strange I havent eaten bread or many eggs this week at all, I have been eating abit of chicken in the mornings. Or maybe its the fact I've been sick with a cold for a week. Who knows... I have recovered from the cold, thou still coughing a little and I have a faint headache Next week we will find out if it is the bread and the fried eggs that slowed me weight loss down

Ive been weighing myself daily if Ive done a clean eat and then weight myself and then go up a few pounds I just lost it that day and tend to eat anything mostly icecream >.< So Ive decided to weigh myself weekly and ask the wife to hide the scales. I know its probably just water that probably put me up a few pounds but when u get on the scales and see it go up and not down everyday the mind plays trick with ya.
Need to get down and focus on my clean eats!! Another bad week in Clean eats, I recieved a 1kg crunchy peanut spread and went crazy two nights on the trot eating Peanut butter and 4 slices per bread per night. I know where I slipped up :) The good news that I still lost a little 0.2kg. and happy that I didnt put weight back on. This weekend is the sisterinlaws wedding.
