How I Started:
I wanted to improve my tennis serve; to fire down aces. I also wanted to grow bigger.
Why I Love It:
I just love it! You get what you deserve only. I love the discipline and the hard work involved. And, I love to look fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
by looking at the developments of my body in the mirror; and, when I see other bigger guys on this site, and looking through some fitness magazines.
BB Accomplishments:
increasing my chest size by 7 centimetres using only a stretcher and press-ups.

i can do gymnastics but i never did fitness im trying to save my knee as much as possible(i have acute injury)but since in figure and fitness model they seek for symetry and nice shape thats me...how long u training?
