Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): My first Goal Achieved!!! Time to pursue the next!!! Added new photos. Checked them out and let me know what you guys think.
Goal (Long): I want to get lean, then start getting more definition and ripped. I have a bad habit of starting my goal and then when I'm around 50% of that, I start slacking off and gaining weight. I don't plan on letting that happen this time. I want to become a personal trainer one day and I have to get myself right before I can accomplish that goal.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 15 lb

I lift weights 5xs a week and right now doing minimal cardio only to warmup before lifting. That will change though i'm sure. Waiting on my trainer to give me my new diet and workouts that i will start at 12 weeks out which is about 1.5 weeks.
