This was taken at 210 pounds. I really feel uncomfortable putting this pic up here but I will use it as motivation. "The harder and better I work out and eat, the quicker I can replace this pic" Thats my new motto.
My first Goal Achieved!!! Time to pursue the next!!! Added new photos. Checked them out and let me know what you guys think.
Goal (Long):
I want to get lean, then start getting more definition and ripped. I have a bad habit of starting my goal and then when I'm around 50% of that, I start slacking off and gaining weight. I don't plan on letting that happen this time. I want to become a personal trainer one day and I have to get myself right before I can accomplish that goal.
As of right now, I have lose 25 pounds in 4 months. It gets very hard sometimes but I'm staying focus and the progress I see really helps. I first want to get under 200 pounds, then i will go for between 190-195(one goal at a time). I really can't wait to see how I...
Thank you so much for adding me as a friend, I am flattered. Are you in the military? Please accept my best wishes for continued success in achieving your goals.

I lift weights 5xs a week and right now doing minimal cardio only to warmup before lifting. That will change though i'm sure. Waiting on my trainer to give me my new diet and workouts that i will start at 12 weeks out which is about 1.5 weeks.
So basically I should just stay clear of volunteering?! Its just a way to pick out duties it sounds. And NO Latrine queen. GOT IT. Thanks for the advice I appreciate it!! How are you/your week and training going?!
Training is coming along well. I've kicked things back in gear since I'm a little too thick for my own liking. How are you? Thanks for stopping by, good luck.
