How I Started:
I'm 6'4 and my average weight in High School hovered around 190 lbs, which is scary to me, in retrospect. Gained a couple of lbs over the years but want to get serious and go about it meticulously to systematically achieve my goal of having a body I can be proud of.
Why I Love It:
I must say that I have never really felt the "feel good factor" after gym that everybody rants about, until recently. I love that feeling, and want to feel like that all the time!
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm still working on it, but it helps if I envision myself with the body I want. Paging through the profiles on here and reading about all the transformations also helps.
