How I Started:
I love being in the gym and lifting weight I finally decided to take it seriously this summer. I play alot basketball and played in college.I decided to stop playing so much. Just want to get into bodybuilding and compete
Why I Love It:
I love being in the gym and pushing my body to the limit and seeing the progress I can make. I have always been a fan of the sport and want to be a part of it
How I Stay Motivated:
I coach high school basketball and teach so i want to set a good example for the kids. Also its a personal challenge for myself I would like to be an IFBB pro bodybuilder when All is said and done

well I have four at home...my older girls still need my help though and the grand kids. but I do wish I had more time. acutally the time i spend on here. lol. I should have for the gym lol.

Yes I think you are right. at one point I was changing things up and I noticed I wasn't getting the results. I need to keep doing what I'm doing and be patient about it.

oh and my diet sucks right now. I eat whenever I get hungry. so I skip meals. i know pretty bad.
